1. Pay attention to the situation of the task occasion: the air compressor cannot be allowed to work in wet and dark places, and do not work in places where flammable and explosive liquids, gases and dust are stored

2. Keep away from outsiders / children: do not let children who have nothing to do with their homework approach the air compressor in order to damage and get an electric shock.

3. Beware of electric shock: when using the air compressor, please do not let your body touch grounding objects (such as conduit, heating pipe, refrigerator, etc.)

4. Do not force the use of machinery: operate according to the calibrated voltage, speed or load on the air compressor, and the result will be better and safer. (the continuous operation time shall not exceed one hour, otherwise the service life will be affected).

5. Maintenance Cable: do not pull the cable and pull out the plug from the power supply. The cable should be away from heat source and oil, and prevent contact with sharp objects.

6. Properly keep the machinery: the air compressor that is not in use should lose the air and sewage in the air storage tank and store it in a dry situation.

7. Properly protect the machinery: clean the filter in real time according to the application status, reflect on the accessories and cables on schedule, and replace them immediately if damaged. Should adhere to mechanical dry, not stained with oil, so as to fully carry forward the function.

8. Anti overpressure startup: overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. The maximum operating pressure of the air compressor has been set to 8 bar and the safe pressure relief is 8.8 bar at the factory, otherwise there will be the risk of explosion of the air storage tank

9. Cut off the power supply in real time: develop the habit of cutting off the power supply in real time when it is not used after work. When moving the air compressor, the power switch must be cut off.

10. Power supply voltage: pay attention that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate of the air compressor.. When the power supply voltage is higher than the shared voltage of the air compressor, it can stimulate personal disorder and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the shared voltage of the air compressor, it will cause poor startup and even damage the motor.

11. Warning: the use of non pure original accessories can easily lead to air compressor damage and even personal injury.

The compressor can only be used for pressurized air. Under no circumstances can it be used to dispose of other gases, or to suck liquids, particles, solids and any flammable substances that can cause explosion.
