How to maintain the air compressor should be relatively easy for the air compressor technician, but whether your servicing is professional and whether you have your own set of plans. Today, Zhongshan Shunli summarizes the daily servicing work of our technicians into six points as follows.

I. regular servicing of main components:

In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the air compressor and ensure the service life of the compressor, it is necessary to formulate a detailed servicing plan, carry out fixed person operation, regular servicing and regular inspection and servicing, so as to keep the air compressor clean, free of oil and dirt. Refer to the following table for servicing of main components: (note):

A. When repairing and replacing components according to the above table, it must be determined that the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, separated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and the safety sign of no switching on has been made.

B. The replacement time of compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the service environment, humidity, air compressor dust and whether there is acid-base gas in the air. The newly purchased air compressor must be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of operation for the first time. In the future, it shall be replaced every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. The machines with annual operation of less than 4000 hours shall be replaced once a year.

C. The oil filter must be replaced after 300-500 hours of operation for the first time, after 2000 hours of operation for the second time, and then every 2000 hours according to the normal time.

D. When repairing and replacing the air filter or inlet valve, be sure to prevent any sundries from falling into the main engine cavity of the compressor. During operation, close the main engine entrance. After operation, rotate the main engine by hand for several revolutions in the rotation direction of the main engine to ensure that there is no obstacle before starting the machine.

E. The tightness of the belt shall be checked every 2000 hours of operation of the machine. If the belt is loose, it shall be adjusted until the belt is tensioned; In order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil pollution in the whole process.

F. The oil filter must be replaced at the same time every time the oil is changed.

G. Please use the original parts of the company, otherwise the company will not be responsible for the machine accidents caused by this.

Second, clean the cooler:

When the air compressor runs for about 2000h, in order to remove the dust on the heat dissipation surface, open the cooler purging hole cover on the fan support and purge the cooler with a dust blowing air gun until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is purged. If the dirt on the cooling surface is serious and it is difficult to purge, remove the cooler, pour out the oil in the cooler, and seal the four inlets and outlets to prevent dirt from entering, then blow off the dust on both sides with compressed air or rinse with water, and finally dry the water stains on the surface. Replace it. Remember! Do not scrape dirt with hard objects such as iron brush to avoid damaging the surface of radiator.

Third, discharge condensate:

The moisture in the air may condense in the oil-gas separation tank, especially in wet weather. When the exhaust temperature is lower than the pressure dew point of the air or shut down for cooling, more condensate will precipitate out. Too much water in the oil will cause emulsification of lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such as:

1. Poor lubrication of compressor Air End--- The oil-gas separation effect becomes worse and the pressure difference of oil-gas separator becomes larger;

2. Cause parts to rust. Therefore, the condensate discharge schedule shall be established according to the humidity. Condensate drainage method: it shall be carried out after the machine is shut down, there is no pressure in the oil-gas separation tank, sufficient cooling and sufficient precipitation of condensate, such as before startup in the morning.

① Screw out the front screw plug of the ball valve at the bottom of the oil-gas separation tank.

② Slowly open the ball valve for drainage until oil flows out, and close the ball valve.

③ Screw on the front plug of the ball valve.

Fourth, safety valve:

The safety valve has been set before the whole machine leaves the factory. We do not advocate users to adjust the safety valve without permission. If adjustment is really necessary, it should be carried out under the guidance of the local labor safety department or the servicing personnel of the company. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.

Fifth, servicing suggestions:

For general users, some compressor servicing suggestions are provided, which users can refer to and implement.

1. Weekly: A. check the compressor for abnormal sound and leakage; B. check whether the instrument reading is correct; c. Check whether the temperature display is normal.

2. Monthly: A. check whether there is rust and looseness in the machine. If there is rust, remove the rust, oil or paint, and tighten the looseness; b. Drain condensate.

3. Every three months: A. remove the dust on the outer surface of the cooler, fan cover and fan blade; b. Add lubricating oil to the motor bearing; c. Check the hose for aging and cracking; d. Check the electrical components and clean the electric cabinet.

Vi. compressor oil replenishment:

Under the operating state, the oil level of the compressor shall be kept between the minimum and maximum oil levels. More oil will affect the separation effect, and less oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine. During the oil change cycle, if the oil level is lower than the minimum oil level, the lubricating oil shall be supplemented in time. The method is as follows:

① After the internal pressure is released after shutdown (confirm that there is no pressure in the system), pull down the main power switch.

② Open the oil filler on the oil-gas separation tank and replenish an appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.

③ Refer to the periodic servicing table for the oil change time after the normal operation of the air compressor.
