The disadvantage of air compressor control panel maintenance is that it is found that the poor rotor coating will fall off after running for a period of time, and the rotor is exposed to the air and bears the influence of impurities in the air and temperature changes. Eventually, it will lead to the reduction of operating performance and even damage to the machine.
1、 Precautions
1. If the air hose is used, the size shall be correct and suitable for the working pressure. The hose that has been scratched, damaged or easily deformed shall not be used. The model and size of connectors and fasteners at the end of the hose must be correct.
2. Do not operate the compressor where flammable or toxic gases may be inhaled.
(1) The integrity of the hose. (2) Check for leaks. (3) All electrical connectors shall be stable and in good condition.
3. Do not operate above the pressure specified on the nameplate, and do not operate below the pressure specified on the nameplate as far as possible.
4. All shed side doors must be closed during operation.
5. Regular inspection.
(1) The reliability of the safety device is sure. When discharging the compressed air, the open end must be firmly held, otherwise the hose will be waved and cause injury. Do not direct the compressed air to people. Be very careful when using the compressed air cleaning equipment and wear an eye mask. (2) All electrical connectors shall be stable and in good condition.
2、 Preparations before initial start-up
1. Remove wooden cleats, skids, hoops and supports.
2. Check whether the wiring is correct.
3. Check the setting value of motor overload relay.
4. Check whether the electrical wiring meets the requirements of safety regulations. The insulation must be grounded to prevent short circuit. The grounding switch should be set near the compressor.
5. Add oil to the Air Receiver tank / oil-gas separator to the oil level of the liquid level gauge ldquo; 70rdquo; Office.
6. Connect the waterway.
7. Close both drain valves.
8. Connect the power supply, stop immediately after starting, move the motor slightly, and check whether the rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the connecting barrel. If it is inconsistent, rewire.
9. Start the compressor, check whether the oil leaks during idle-load operation, and then open the air supply valve.
10. Gradually close the air supply valve until the compressor is unloaded; Check whether the compressor operates normally. During load operation, pay attention to whether the condensate can be discharged automatically to check whether the ball valve in the water gas separator works normally.
11. Check the pressure regulator unloading and load pressure settings.
12. Parking
13. Start up for 10 minutes and check the oil level. The oil level of the liquid level gauge should be close to ldquo; 0rdquo; Location.
3、 Before startup
1. Check that the oil level of the oil level gauge should be close to ldquo; 0rdquo; Position. If you need to refuel, you can refuel according to the procedure.
2. Close water gas separator and cooling gas discharge valve.
4、 Start
1. Connect the waterway.
2. Connect the power supply, start the motor and check ldquo; Power supply rdquo; Whether the indicator light is on.
3. Press ldquo; Start; Button. After startup, click ldquo; Start; The indicator light shall be on and all other alarm indicators shall be off.
4. Check whether there is oil leakage, and the number of starts shall not exceed 10 times in an hour.
5. Open the air supply valve.
6. Press ldquo; Loading rdquo;, The compressor starts normal operation and air supply.
5、 The following inspections shall be carried out regularly during operation
1. Oil level in air reservoir / oil-gas separator. If the oil level is too low, add oil until it is "in" during operation; 0rdquo; At the position, stop the vehicle before refueling, and loosen the refueling plug for refueling after pressure relief.
2. Air supply temperature.
3. Water gas separator float valve and automatic discharge of condensate.
4. The exhaust temperature shall not exceed the specified value, and the door shall be closed after inspection.
5. When the working pressure of the compressor is at the upper limit, the pressure regulator shall unload the load at the lower limit.
6、 Stop
1. Close the air supply valve.
2. Press ldquo; Uninstall; Button and run for at least another 30 seconds.
3. Press ldquo; Stop; Button ldquo; Runrdquo; The signal light goes out and the motor stops.
4. Open the drain valve to drain the condensate in the water gas separator and gas cooler.
5. Drain the cooling water from the cooler. It can't be used if it's a little far away. In addition, from the design point of view, this compressor is designed as primary compression, and the pressure ratio is too large, which is easy to cause too high exhaust temperature and cylinder volume.
